Obituary

Theresa Ann Brigman Gibson, age 62, of Nebo, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on the night of Tuesday, January 05, 2021 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

She was born in Buncombe County on June 17, 1958 to the late George Albert Brigman and Rosalie Christine Shirlen Brigman.

Theresa worked as a cook for most of her life. She was a faithful member of Outreach Baptist Church where she loved serving the Lord. Her daughter and her dog, Chase, were her whole world.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Mary Shirlen.

She is survived by her daughter, Mandilyn Holcombe, and all her church family.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Outreach Baptist Church at 4:00 p.m.
