Ted William Duncan, 66, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Monday, November 14, 2022 at Mission Hospital McDowell.
A native of McDowell County, Ted was born on October 09, 1956 to the late Ruggles Duncan and Edith Wilson Duncan Lloyd.
Ted was an auctioneer who enjoyed buying and selling tractors. It did his heart good to help those in need. He was also a member of the Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Kay Hoyle Duncan; one son, Jay Queen; two stepsons, John Queen and Gary Queen; and one grandchild, Austin Sanchez.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service. No formal service will be held at this time.
