Violet Rose Clark

 

Violet Rose Clark 85, of Marion passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the CarePartners solace center of Buncombe Co.

Violet was born in Rochester, N.Y. on January 31, 1937 to the late Frederick Roshenburgh and Mable Moore Roshenburgh. She enjoyed knitting, working puzzles, coloring and playing cards and board games. She was always looking out for others, in doing so Violet worked as a volunteer at CarePartners adult day care.

Including her parents those preceding Violet in death are her husband Ronald E. Clark, a son, Roger Clark and a sister Betty Steele.

Left to cherish her memory are a nephew, William Steele (Jennifer) and a great nephew William A. Steele.

In keeping with her wishes no services will be held.

Violet was an extraordinary person. She always made herself available for anyone that needed help.
Vi was a loving wife, mother, and a big part of the family.
Vi spent several years taking care of our grandmother, Nana (Neva May Osburn) after she was no longer able to care for herself.
Vi lived with her mother-in-law, Alfreda Clark in Rochester, NY, until her passing.
Violet is predeceased by her husband, Ronald Clark, son Roger Clark, grandmother Neva May Osburn, Mother-in-law, Alfreda Clark, father-in-law, Earl Clark, other sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her son Frederick Clark and wife Belinda, in-laws, Roger Clark, Beverly Curley, Eugene and Mary Clark, Carl and Joyce Bates, Warren and Susan Clark.
Vi moved to NC after her Mother-in-law's passing with her "sister "Betty, "nephews" William and wife Jennifer.
We will be forever grateful for the extended love and care that they gave her.

Vi is predeceased by her husband, Ronald Clark, 1 son, Roger Clark, our grandmother, (Nana, Neva May Osburn), her father-in-law, Earl Clark, mother-in-law, Alfreda Clark, other sisters and brothers, and Aunt and Uncles.
Her surviving relatives are her son Frederick Clark, and wife Belinda, in-laws, Roger Clark, Eugene and Mary Clark, Carl and Joyce Bates, Warren and Susan Clark. Several nieces and nephews.
Vi moved to North Carolina with her "sister", Betty, "nephews"
William and wife, Jennifer until Vi's passing.
We are forever grateful to them for the love and care they extended to Vi.
