Tracy Allen Queen

Tracy Allen Queen, 51, of Waynesville, formerly of Marion, died Tuesday, Dec. 20 at Haywood Regional Medical Center after a period of declining health.

Tracy was born in Marion Jan. 18, 1971 to the late Lotus Autrey Queen and Bobby Queen.

He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents Nettie Boone Autrey and Bill Autrey; and Viola Stafford Queen and Rucker Queen.

Tracy was a talented artist and graphic designer and made a career as a journeyman printer. In his younger days, he loved to ride motorcycles with his friends and play basketball. He was an ardent fan of the North Carolina Tar Heels, St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas Cowboys.

Surviving him are his brother, Marty Queen (Sandra) of Marion, and a special cousin, Trinita Deaton of Morganton.
