Timpy Ajane Flynn

Timpy Ajane Flynn, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on October 10, 2025, at her residence. Born on August 20, 1973, in Watauga County, North Carolina, Timpy's vibrant spirit touched the lives of many throughout her journey.

Timpy was known for her playful nature, particularly the fond teasing she often directed toward her big brother, Dennie Flynn. Her love for her family was deep, and she cherished the time she spent with them and her friends. Timpy had a special place in her heart for her dog, Gus, who brought her much joy and companionship.

In addition to her family ties, Timpy held various interests that enriched her life. She found great pleasure in word search puzzles and adult coloring books, activities that allowed her to express her creativity and find relaxation. A passionate supporter of the UNC Tarheels, Timpy was proud of her allegiance and enjoyed celebrating their victories. 

Timpy is survived by her loving mother, Beverly Ensley Flynn; her grandmother, Tempie Elizabeth Hunley; her brother, Dennie Flynn, and his wife, Donna; her special aunt, Velva McDermott, and her husband, David; and her cousins, Amber Ensley and her boys, as well as Holly Jestes and her husband, Tim.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Flynn, who remains in the hearts of all who loved him.

Timpy's memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends who will forever cherish the laughter, warmth, and love she brought to their lives.
