Teresa Lynn Silver Peters

Teresa Lynn Silver Peters, 73, of Marion, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Autumn Care of Marion.

She was born in Buncombe County on October 19, 1950 to the late Thomas Fred Silver and Mary Lois Bartlett Silver. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy LaVonne Koonce; and her two brothers, Andy Silver and Gerald Silver.

Teresa was always a happy person who never failed to put others first. She was a hard worker who most recently worked as a Forklift Operator at Ingles Warehouse. Her family meant the world to her. She made sure they knew she loved them. Teresa had a wonderful sense of humor, and she enjoyed making others laugh despite her recent health struggles. She was an avid fan of wrestling and watched it faithfully. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by one daughter, Julie Silver (Jesse); four grandsons who were her pride and joy, Andrew Webb (Rylea), Seth Webb, Ian Morgan, and Eli Morgan; three sisters, Tina Silver Butler (Jim), Joan Silver Holder, and Julia Silver Stevens; a very special friend, Wanda Mills; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a private service.
