Suzanne Thomas Whitehurst of Marion, passed away on March 16, 2022.
Suzanne was born on September 11, 1948 in Tampa, Florida to the late Thomas Lawson Thomas and Frances Jonteel Switzer. She retired from the school system as teacher after 40 years of dedicated service.
Suzanne is survived by her husband Carl Moore; two sons, Jason Avery and Ryan Avery; two granddaughters, Ariah Avery and Kayla Whitehurst; a brother, Charles Munro and two sisters, Rosemary Tait and Jennie Munro-Harman.
