Silvia Rosales Cornejo

Mrs. Silvia Rosales Cornejo, age 50 of Marion, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She was born in Queretaro Agua Caliente Penamiller QRO Mexico on May 31, 1973 and is the daughter of J. Jesus Cornejo and Victoria Rosales. She was preceded in death by her brother Fermin Rosales. 

Silvia lived a very active and healthy life style. She enjoyed croqueting. She loved supporting her daughter Beatriz in softball and will be missed by her family and all that knew her. 

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Gonzalo Hernandez; one daughter, Beatriz Cornejo; three sisters, Belen Rosales, Rafaela Hernandez, and Maria Rosario Rosales; three brothers, Joaquin Rosales, Ismael Rosales, and Esteban Rosales. 

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 a.m., Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Our Lady of the Angels. Burial will follow at Murphy Chapel Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m., prior to the service, at Beam Funeral Service.
