Shirley Darlene Eakin

Shirley Darlene Duffel Eakin, age 73, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2020.  A native of White County, Arkansas, she was born on November 27, 1946 to the late William Duffel, Jr. and Eva Ham Pringle. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Edward Eakin, who passed away September of 2012.

In 1977, Shirley became a registered nurse where she proudly continued up until her health began to decline.

A graveside service will be held at Nealsville Church of God Cemetery in Glenwood at a later date.
