He is survived by his wife Alexandra Swann, daughter Aaliyah (Lele), mother Angie Swann, brother Patrick Swann (Deanna), grandmother Kay Cogar (John), nephews Brisun and Greysun Swann and special friends Candi and Dani Cooper. No services are planned. A donation in Seth's name may be made to a drug rehab program of your choice.
