Scott Ellis Davis

Mr. Scott Ellis Davis, age 45, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday, November 08, 2020 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville.

He was born in Burke County on January 03, 1975 to Ralph Ellis Davis and Lovada Morgan Davis.

Scott enjoyed spending time in the outdoors, and he especially enjoyed fishing and ginseng hunting. He also loved motorcycles. He truly loved and cared for his family, and he will be remembered as a protector. He had a talent for writing poems and stories.

Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his parents, are his girlfriend, Holly Schism; three children, Trevor Morrison, Brittney Davis, and Chase Davis; three brothers, Brad Davis (Tammy), Mark Davis (Shandi), and Jay Davis (Ashley); two sisters, Lisa Davis Boyd and Amanda Dehart (Stephen); his paternal grandmother, Martha Kindley; his maternal grandmother, Margaret Morgan; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
