Ronald "Kevin" Penland

Ronald “Kevin” Penland, 49, of Old Fort, North Carolina, passed away Monday, June 06, 2022 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills.

He was born on May 21, 1973 to Ronald “Glenn” Penland and the late Alice Honeycutt Penland. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a brother, Shane Penland.

Kevin was a music lover. He had a true appreciation for all kinds of music. He also played music frequently in the past. Kevin loved his family most of all.

He is survived by his father, Glenn Penland; his sister, Missie Stevens (Bill); his girlfriend, Dottie Radford; two nieces, Megan and Malorie; his great niece, Abby; and his special canine companion, Izzy.

In accordance with Kevin’s wishes, the family will hold a private celebration of life in the Summer.
