Without doubt one of the strongest people I had the privilege of knowing. He loved big, and he stood firm on his beliefs. He loved his family and was a man of wisdom. Most of all Robert loved the Lord and it showed in his compassion for others. Even when he was losing a hard fought battle with cancer he never failed to comment on a request that he was praying with me. He will he missed. Fly High Sweet Robert, gone but NEVER FORGOTTEN!

I will always remember him cooking crawfish on the porch, playing Cajun music and dancing. He was doing what he loved. He fought a good fight.
