Robert Eldon Libby, Jr., age 87, of Marion, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the Hospice of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City. He was born in Branstable, Massachusetts on October 25, 1930 to the late Robert Eldon Libby, Sr. and Matilda Runnels Libby.
