Ricky Eugene Roberts

Ricky Eugene Roberts, born November 23, 1960, passed away peacefully at Mission Hospital in Asheville on April 30, 2025. He struggled with multiple health issues.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlene Reynolds and Gene Roberts.

He is survived by his step-mother, Gail Roberts; sister, Darlene Talbert; daughters, Karla Roberts and Jennifer Roberts; several grandkids and great-grandkids; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ricky lived his life as a fun-loving free-spirit. He loved his family. He loved classic cars (especially Chevys), watching NASCAR and good ol' westerns, and listening to good ol' country music. He loved spending time out on the lake. He also loved his four-legged friends, Ginger, Barley, and Bruno.

Among those left to cherish Ricky's memory are his close life-long friends, Robin Adams, Tammy Creasman, and Tim Cabe.

A celebration of Ricky's life will be held at a later date at his residence.
