Rickey Dan Branch

Mr. Rickey Dan Branch, age 54, of Old Fort, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 13 2026 at his residence. He was born on September 17, 1971 to the late Ernest Dan Branch and Lucy Forbes Blevins. 

Rickey was known as a hard working man who loved the Lord. He had a special way of finding those in need and enjoyed helping others before himself. Rickey had many hobbies, he liked being outdoors, but most of all he loved his family especially his grandkids.

He is survived by his four children; Jacob Lee Arrowood, Ashton Branch, Lacie Branch and Linton Branch; one brother Wayne Branch; four grandchildren Max Branch, Daisy Branch, Gannon Berry and Emberlynn Berry; also surviving are his special niece Kasey Branch and special great niece Harley Branch.

A time of gathering is scheduled for September 17, 2026 at the Branch Trading Post at 4389 Sugar Hill Rd. Marion NC  28752 from 2:00 p.m. until.

Rickey has made his journey to heaven and will be missed by all that knew him.
