Rick Ledford

Rick Ledford, age 68, of Biggerstaff Drive in Nebo, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Hospice of the Carolina Foot Hills in Forest City.

Born on November 10, 1957 in Oliver Springs, TN, he was the son of the late Ted Lee Ledford and the late Sandra Faye Stringer Ledford.

Rick was retired from Marion Tire. He loved all of his family and was particularly fond of his grandchildren. He loved fishing and was an avid fisherman, he loved hunting and he also enjoyed riding his four-wheeler.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife; Ruth Biggerstaff, his son; Ricky Lynn Ledford, his daughter; Tracie Lynn Ledford, his grandchildren; Dixie Lynn Ledford and Eliza Mae Goff; his sister; Connie Broome, and his brothers; Randy Ledford and wife, Kim, Dewayne Ledford and Kevin Ledford and wife, Janet.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 12 noon at the New Covenant Church in Christ. The family will receive friends Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon at New Covenant Church in Christ.
