On Tuesday, August 17, 2021, Baby Raylan Jay Young went to Heaven to join his uncle, Bob Young and great grandmother, Nona Presnell.
He is survived by his parents, Charles "Bud" and Tonya Young; one brother, Trent C. Young; grandparents, James White, Regina Morris, Clayton and Brenda Young, along with many uncles, aunts and cousins.
He was greatly loved by all of his family.
