Phyllis Rae Moore Cook, age 84, of Rutherfordton, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. A native of Max County, IN, Phyllis was born on April 29, 1934 to the late John and Audrey Conner Moore.
