Penny Denise Wall Walters

Penny Denise Wall Walters, 61, of Marion, passed away at her residence on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Penny was born on October 23, 1961 in McDowell County to Martha Hill Wilson and the late James Greenlee Wall.

Penny was a beautiful soul that was loved and cherished by everyone that knew her. Friends and family knew Penny as someone they could depend on to ALWAYS have the perfect things to say with her beautiful words of encouragement and heart of gold. She touched anyone who met her. All that knew her have memories of spending time with her in her favorite place, her back porch. Penny will be deeply missed, but her beautiful light will still shine through her son, family, friends, nieces and nephews.

Those left to cherish her memory including her mother, Martha Wilson are her husband, Raudy Walters; her son, Jimmy Reel; daughter, Faith McLean and her husband Philip McLean; sister, Angie Wilson (Tim Woody); brothers, Rusty Wall and wife Suzanne, Mark Randall Wilson and wife Carolyn; six grandchildren, Haley McLean, Trenton Reel, Isaac McLean, Aiden McLean, Keegen Reel and Preston Reel; a number of nieces and nephews; along with many dear friends and her canine companion Toby.

The family will receive friends at Beam Funeral Service on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
