Pamela Randolph Parker, 72, of Marion, passed away Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Mission Hospital in Asheville after a brief illness.
Pam was born in McDowell County on August 28, 1953 to the late Sam Denver Randolph and Ann Harris Randolph.
Pam owned and operated the first full-service salon and spa in McDowell County. She was later employed by Tom Johnson’s Camping World, formerly Tom Johnson’s Camping Center, where she worked in the service department. She loved her job and was a familiar and beloved presence to her colleagues and customers alike. Pam loved children, especially her cherished grandchildren. Later in life, Pam provided baby-sitting services to family and friends that combined her love of children and her caring nature toward others. Her out-going and loving personality will be deeply missed.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, one sister, Bonita Randolph Smith, and one brother, Nick Randolph.
Those left to cherish her memory are her two children, Aaron Cranford (Yasnia) and Aimee Hester (Kelly); five grandchildren, Andrew, Ethan, Ian Miguel, Jackson, and Phoenix; four siblings, Dennith Randolph, Chris Randolph, Gena Randolph Esau (Bob), and Tina Randolph; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service. A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Darren Gibby, will follow at 3:00 p.m.
