Michael Norman McMenamin

Michael Norman McMenamin, age 60, of Old Fort, North Carolina passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 with his family by his side. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, he was born on January 1, 1958 to the late Norman and Elsie Simon McMenamin.

Michael enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting and fishing. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather and will be greatly missed.

Michael leaves behind to cherish his memories are his wife of twenty years, Sharon McMenamin; three children, Teresa Croile, Ashlee Bailey (Brian) and Michael Williams (Rabakkah), all of Florida; and one brother, William McMenamin (Patti), of New Mexico. Also surviving Michael are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Beam Funeral Service with Reverend Gary Webb officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place following the service at McDowell Memorial Park.
