Melissa Clark Munn, age 47, of Asheville, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. A native of McDowell County, North Carolina, born on November 30, 1973, she was the daughter of Mary Frances Franklin Wilson of Marion, North Carolina and the late Julian Murphy Clark.
Having lived life on her own terms, Melissa never compromised or gave in. She was very artistic in crafts.
Melissa is survived by, in addition to her mother, one son, Nicholas Munn; one daughter, Isis Abbott; five siblings, Tony Clark, Amy Clark, Steve Clark, Christopher Clark and Summer Clark; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
