Max Vernon Peters, Jr.

Max Vernon Peters, Jr., 63, of Morganton N.C. passed away July 1st, 2022 at Grace Hospital in Morganton. Max was the oldest of 5 siblings. He was born December 29, 1958 to Vernon Peters and the late Mary Peters Deal in McDowell County. Max was a United States Air Force Veteran where he was an aircraft mechanic for 8 years. 

Max is survived by his wife, Donna Peters of Morganton; 2 children, a son Nathan Peters and wife Danielle and a daughter P.J. Ross and husband Zachary; a sister Cynthia Ford and husband Danny; a brother Marty Peters along with a baby brother, Vernon Peters.

Max was a companion for life with his loving wife and an amazing father that will be truly missed. He was also an immaculte Papa to his beautiful grandbabies all 4; Ethen, Sara, Cali and William Peters. 

There will be no services held, just a celebration of life for a soul gone to be with the Lord.
