Mr. Manfred Richard Laukner, age 68, of Nebo, North Carolina, passed away in the early morning hours of Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Deer Park Health & Rehabilitation in Nebo. Born in Frankfurt, Germany on June 25, 1951, he was the son of the late Kurt Laukner and Emily Frindt Doerr.
