Lois Revis Pittman

     Lois Donnie Revis Pittman, 93, of Marion, passed away Monday, September 21, 2026, at Autumn Care of Marion.

     Lois was born in McDowell County, NC, the daughter of the late Ada Randolph and Namon Revis. She was married to the late David Wyatt Pittman, who passed away in 1997. Lois was a member of Fairview Freewill Baptist Church, where she was very active. She devoted her life to her Church and family. Lois was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, whose memory will always remain in the hearts of many.

     In addition to her husband and parents, Lois was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane Marie Pittman; a granddaughter, Maria Danielle McKinney; four sisters, Grace Stafford, Gladys Shuford, Terrie Revis, and Roxie Revis; and five brothers, Carl, James, Ron, Lester, and Ray Revis.

     She is survived by two daughters, Debra Pittman and Denise McDavid (John); a sister, Esther Drayton; five brothers, Wylie Revis (Robin), Howard Revis, Charles Revis, Ray Lee Revis, Jr., and Bobby Revis; four grandchildren, Brandy Greene (Kenny), Alisha Lasater (Breck), Jonathan Harrison, and Taylor Harrison (Lexi); six great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

     A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, 2026, at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. Rev. Wayne Miller will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
