Jonathan Craig Patterson "J.C."

August 4, 1988 — March 7, 2016

Jonathan Craig Patterson, “J.C.”, age 27, of Nebo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Mission Hospital Memorial Campus in Asheville.  A native of McDowell County, born August 4, 1988, he was the son of the late Gary L. Patterson and Cynthia Dobbins Patterson of Nebo.  Jonathan, known for a big heart, took great pride in helping others when he could. 

 

Jonathan is survived by, in addition to his mother, paternal grandmother, Gladys Patterson; two brothers, Ronnie Patterson and wife Sandy, and Michael Patterson; nephew, Gavin Hollifield and cousin, Chip Miller.  He is also survived by many loving family members and friends.

 

A celebration of Jonathan’s life will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at Amazing Grace Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Zullo officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the church.
