John Raymond Smith, III

John Raymond “Johnny” Smith, III, 52, of Marion, passed away, Sunday, May 25, 2025, at Mission McDowell Hospital.

Johnny was born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania on February 7, 1973, to the late Virginia and John Raymond Smith, Jr. He was a dedicated family man who always did his best to make sure his family was happy. His wife, children, and grandchildren were the light of his life. He will always be loved and remembered.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Carrisa Jenkins Smith; two daughters, Marina Gallion (Nathan) and Maranda Lee (Cody Grasse); four grandchildren, Marissa, Maddie, Brennan, and Warren; and two friends whom he considered brothers, Johnny Patrick and Russell Freshour.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
