Jerry Mac Webb

     Jerry Mac Webb, 72, of Newland, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023 at his son’s residence in Spruce Pine.

     Jerry was born in Avery County, NC on April 28, 1950 to Dorothy Webb McKinney and the late Roy Jones. Jerry loved cars and was a Mustang enthusiast. He was a very kind hearted man who loved his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

     In addition to his father, Jerry was preceded in death by a sister, Vickey Elliot; and his step father, Port McKinney.

     Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Dorothy McKinney; a son, Jeffrey Webb (Nikki); two sisters, Connie McKinney and Kathy Owens (Mike); two brothers, Waits Hughes (Sherri) and Chris McKinney (Tina); three grandchildren, Jessie Edwards (Tim), Jerry Christopher, and Gracie Nicole Webb; and a niece, Linda Daniels.

     In accordance with Jerry’s wishes, no services will be held.
