James David Rogers

James David Rogers, 66, of Nebo, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025 at Deer Park Health & Rehabilitation.

He was born in Royston, Georgia on March 23, 1959 to the late John Burkes and Rosa Nell Rogers Logan. James enjoyed fishing and taking in the beauty of nature on boat rides. His family was important to him, and he considered time spent with them was a special blessing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister, Tyrone Logan, Billy Logan, Rod Logan, and Reatha Logan.

Those left to cherish his memory are one son, James David Rogers, Jr.; three sisters, Loretta Louise Rogers Gills, Regina Lucille Logan, and Latricia Denise Logan Potts; two brothers, Gene Lewis Logan and Samuel Lynn Logan; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
