Mr. James Wesley Laws, Sr., age 68, of the North Cove Community of McDowell County, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Memorial Campus of Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. The son of the late Glen and Lillian Medford Laws, James was born in Mitchell County, North Carolina on July 04, 1951.
A celebration of James' life will be held at a later date.
