Mr. James Humphrey, age 74, of Morganton, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, January 06, 2019 at the McAlpine Adult Care in Morganton, North Carolina. A native of New Bern, North Carolina, James was born December 31, 1944 and was the son of the late Earl and Catherine Phillips Humphrey.
James was a veteran of the United States Army.
