Ilene Joyce Buccaroni

Ilene Joyce Buccaroni, 63, of Old Fort, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022 at her home.

A native of the Bronx, New York, Ilene was born January 28, 1959 to Beth Kay Eisenman Buccaroni and the late Louis James Buccaroni.

Ilene was a very intelligent lady who held many college degrees. She worked for many years in the healthcare field as a nurse. She enjoyed shopping and visiting flea markets. She also collected jewelry and antiques. Ilene was a lovable lady who adored her grandchildren. She was truly the best grandma ever.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 19 years, Marvin Eugene Bowers; her son, Maximilian Urquiola, Sr. (Ikiara); four grandchildren, Maximilian Urquiola, Jr., Havana Urquiola, Nye’Zeila Urquiola, and Vil’Ailyae Urquiola; her sister, Nicole Buccaroni; and several step-brothers.
