Ida Lee Combs

Ida Lee Cline Combs, 72, of Newland, North Carolina, passed away on the afternoon of Friday, October 09, 2020 at her residence.

A native of Kentucky, she was born on December 02, 1947 to the late Lee and Mary McCarmack Cline.

She worked for many years as a truck driver. She truly loved her family and the mountains of Western North Carolina.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Edward Combs; a daughter, Michelle Scott; and seven siblings.

Survivors include two children, Raymond Finch, III and Jeana Otero Sanchez (Benjamin); son-in-law, Michael Scott; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and three siblings, William Cline, Joe Tapp, and Mary Cline.
