Hazel Willie Jenkins Stevens, 90, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Sunday, October 02, 2022 at her home.
A native of McDowell County, she was born December 22, 1931 to the late Roy Jenkins and Sarah Whitesides Jenkins.
Hazel formerly worked at Galey and Lord as a weaver. She enjoyed watching the birds and talking with family and friends.
Her husband, Marvin Stevens, also precedes her in death.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Sandra Stevens.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 05, 2022 from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. at Beam Funeral Service. Burial will be private at Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery.
