Sorry to hear of Harolds passing. I recall our days in high schools and remember that Harold was a strong individual. He was a natural in any sport. We are sorry for the familys loss and pray that God will give you strength and peace in the coming days.

I was privileged to see him play basketball in high school, be a classmate, and friend. Sincere sympathy, Marie Howell

Memories are a great thing. Harold was a good childhood friend. Harold loved to play sports and was good at any sport he played. He would often take some of us kids for a ride in his moms Buick convertible and no matter how cold he insisted the top must be down. I hope you Rest In Peace

Harold and my Dad, Bo Jamison, were very close growing up, Harold's wonderful mother Louise was like another Grandmother to us growing up. My Dad told me lots of stories of him and Harold growing up, what an athlete he was and how much fun they used to have together. My Dad's face always lite up talking about Harold and a smile:)

Chris to you and your family all I can say is that loss is never easy, and in this strange year of 2020 there has been a lot of loss. There are no words that truly help with a loss of your father, all I can say is that it is hard, I know it is, keep your faith, and believe that you will see him again when its our time to join them. Try to be sure that others know him through you and that your kids and others know who they were and what they meant to us.

I am very sorry for you and your familys loss and hope that when we are able to, we can celebrate their lives and share the stories that made them who they were.

Take care

Harold was a great friend and a great supporter for my Sheriff Campaign for he was always encouraging to me and until he actually met me he thought I was a myth. He was the father of my friend Chris Whitesides who has been a friend of the family for decades. Harold, you will be missed by many and will always be in our thoughts RIP my friend.

Harold was my husband's cousin. Bo loved him so and had many fun and fond memories. I think Harold showed him the way to be a little wild and enjoy life when they were young! Bo always said he was as good looking as Elvis! They lost touch over the years, but Harold had reached out to him recently and they had a wonderful talk. We lost Bo on Nov 7th in a terrible boating accident, so I know he and Harold are "racing cars" in heaven if God allows it!! Much love to your family Chris

Have a lot of good memories with Harold, he was quite an athlete. Remember playing Teen Age League baseball with him and him riding his nice Harley Motorcycle to practice and games us being coached by Buster Hawkins and later playing High School Basketball with him and one of our highlights our Sophomore year after winning the intramurals was beating the Varsity Team. Harold and I had contact off an on throughout his life as I did his Income Tax for years and got to meet his son Chris & his wife Tina and their two sons. My condolences to each of you.
