Harold Eugene Whitesides
May 9, 1940 — December 22, 2020
Mr. Harold E. Whitesides, age 80, of Forest City, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on the night of Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills SECU Inpatient Unit in Forest City. The son of the late Ewart Whitesides and Louise Jamison Patterson.
A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Harold had worked in the heating and air industry for over 30 years. A loving father and grandfather, he will be truly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by one son, Chris Whitesides and his wife, Tina; and two grandchildren, Xander and Lee Whitesides.
A celebration of Harold's life will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. Military honors will be provided by the United States Air Force.
