Glenda Sackett Brown

Glenda Sackett Brown, 57, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.

She was born on February 06, 1964, in Sumter, South Carolina to the late William Dean and Nancy Benenhaley Sackett.

Along with her parents, Glenda is preceded in death by her husband of 19 years, Timmy Brown and eldest brother Allen Jerome Sacket.

Glenda was a Christian who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog. She also enjoyed word searches and crocheting.

Left to cherish her memory are her children; her son, James Ashton Hobbs, of Sumter, SC and her daughter, Tiffany Jean Reid (Blaine), of Nebo, NC; one sister, Anita Marie Stiltner (Tim), of Dalzell, SC; three brothers, William David Sackett and George Raymond Sackett (Faith), both of Marion, NC and Robert Alan Sackett (Susie), of Sumter, SC; eight grandchildren, Hayley Hobbs, Holley Hobbs, Kayden Reid, Nicholas Carpenter, Timothy Levi Carpenter, Adrianne Reid, Matalynn Lamb and Liam Reid and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In keeping with Glenda’s wishes, no services are planned at this time.
