Emily was a dear friend to me for sixty plus years. I loved her so. I loved the twinkle in her eyes, her sweet smile, her infectious laugh like her mother, the way she loved her family, and the way all could see, in all she did, how she loved the Lord. She was an example to me of Proverb's virtuous woman (Proverbs 31:10-31). She loved beautiful things: flowers, music, bells, etc. Emily always strived for excellence in all she did. Oh what a joy it was to spend time with her! She will be so missed, but we will see her later. I can only imagine how the bells of Heaven will chime for her. I'm so glad Emily was a part of my life. Thank you Jesus for Emily.
