Elizabeth Young Boyd Brinkley, age 50, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away on Thursday, January 07, 2021 at her residence. The daughter of the late Max and Elva Young Boyd, a native of McDowell County, she was born on June 17, 1970.
A friend to many, Elizabeth enjoyed music and had an incredible singing voice.
She is survived by her husband, Sam Brinkley; one son, Jacob Boyd; one daughter, Jessie Boyd; and two brothers, Bryan Hughes and David Boyd.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Snow Hill Cemetery with Rev. Junior Bailey officiating.
