Dominick Richard Policella, Jr.

Dominick Richard Policella, Jr., 83, of Nebo, North Carolina and formerly of Staatsburg, New York, passed away Friday, June 2, 2023 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center.

He was born in Beacon, New York on February 9, 1940 to the late Dominick Richard Policella, Sr. and Wanda Pavelock Policella. Mr. Policella served in the United States Army. He worked for 37 years as a registered nurse at the Hudson River Psychiatric Center.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Kneiper Policella; two children, Carleen Anderson (Shane) and Nicholas Policella; and two grandchildren, Annalee Edge and Laina Edge.

Funeral services will be handled by Sweet’s Funeral Home in Hyde Park, New York. Entombment will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Poughkeepsie, New York.
