On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, Dennis Wayne Buchanan passed away at Memorial Campus. A native of McDowell County, Dennis was born on December 19, 1950 to the late Carl and Faye Hollifield Buchanan.
Dennis retired from Coats America and enjoyed working on older cars. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife, Linda Lowery Buchanan; two children, Melissa Ann Morgan (Ronnie) and Shannon Boone (Keith); two siblings, Don Buchanan and Kathy Buchanan and four grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Buchanan Family Cemetery.
