Debra "Jackie" Faye Goode Webb

Debra “Jackie” Faye Goode Webb, 72, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away Monday, January 2, 2023 at UNC Health Blue Ridge.

A native of McDowell County, Debra was born December 9, 1950 to the late Jack Goode and Thelma Faye Haynes Goode.

Jackie retired from the Marion Correctional Institution as a correctional officer. Prior to this, she owned the Little Buck Grill and managed KFC and the Maple Leaf Bowling Alley. She was an avid bowler and loved food as well. Jackie enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel, spending time with her cat, and tending to her flowers. She also coached softball for many years. Jackie made many friends throughout her life and will be greatly missed by all.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Danny Lee Webb, precedes her in death.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Webb (Charity) and Tiffany Howard; and four grandchildren, Andrew, Seth, Nate, and Taylor.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023 from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service & Crematory.
