David Lee Clyburn

David Lee Clyburn, age 30, entered the presence of the Lord in the early morning hours of Thursday, February 29, 2024 at CarePartners Hospice Solace Center.

David was born in Burke County on December 15, 1993 to Robert Clyburn and Pamela Sue Reeves Clyburn.

David had an adventurous soul, and he truly lived life to the fullest. He was known as everybody’s best friend and confidante. He brought sunshine into the lives of everyone he met. David was a gifted singer. More than anything, he was a loving son, grandson, and friend. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

David is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, David Lee Reeves; maternal step grandfather, Jim Crowell; and paternal grandparents, Bobby and Iris Clyburn.

In addition to his parents, Robert Clyburn and Pamela Clyburn, he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Linda Crowell; uncles, David Reeves (Cathy) and Dan Clyburn; aunt, Crystal Jones (Clint); cousins, Megan Deems and Michael Deems; and an awesome friend, Michael Buff.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at Beam Funeral Service & Crematory.
