Daniel "Big Dan" Stafford

Daniel “Big Dan” Stafford, age 39, of Marion, passed away peacefully, Saturday March 30, 2024 with his family by his side. He was born in Marion NC on March 19, 1985 and was the son of Thomas and Brenda Hollifield Stafford.

Daniel was the Co-Owner of Elite Excavating and Hauling. He loved the outdoors  especially playing football and going to the lake riding jet skis. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children, family, and friends.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his two children, Carter Stafford and Bently Stafford; one brother, Taylor Stafford; one sister, Vanessa Stafford; and his life partner Kim Biddix.

A gathering of friends and family to celebrate his life, will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service.
