Cynthia Johnson Glenn, 68, of Marion, passed away Monday, March 30, 2026 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
Cynthia was born on January 27, 1958 to the late Wilford Lee Johnson and Joan King Johnson as they both served in the military in Boston, Massachusetts.
She worked for many years as a nurse. This was not just a job, but it was her passion that she fully devoted herself to. Cynthia’s family was very important to her, and she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Desara Glenn.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Glenn; three sons, Aaron Wayne Wright, Travis Warren Glenn, and Trevor Allen Glenn; three siblings, Joseph Johnson, Neva Lee Johnson, and Hugh Earl Johnson; and many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
