Charles Dwayne Robinson

     Charles “Dwayne” Robinson, 61, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte.

     Dwayne was born in McDowell County, NC on December 28, 1961, to the late Charles Denver Robinson and Mary Frances Robinson. He was married to Tabatha Beane Robinson. Dwayne was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and was a professional trapper. He served on the board of directors for the North Carolina Trappers Association. Most of all, he loved spending time with his daughters and grandson. He will be greatly missed.

     In addition to his parents, Dwayne was preceded in death by a sister, Kim Rector.

     He is survived by his wife, Tabatha Robinson; two daughters, Shanna Robinson and Nnekka Robinson; his grandson, Gunner Pressley; two nieces, Sheila Rector and Billie Hill; and his beloved dog, Chase.

     The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Beam Funeral Service.
