Charles "Tony" Miller

Charles “Tony” Anthony Miller, age 60 of Pleasant Gardens peacefully passed away January 28, 2024 at CarePartners Solace House in Asheville NC.

Tony was born in Asheville, NC to the late Claude and Corrine Miller. He was preceded in death by one brother Joseph Miller. Tony lived a full life in his sixty years. He traveled the world while serving in the United States Navy. Tony was a master plumber and owned and operated a successful business in Currituck, NC. Tony retired from Ingles as a truck driver. He was raised in the Outer banks of North Carolina. Tony was fortunate enough to retain lifelong friendships including his special group of friends “Buckskin Brothers and Sisters” and many others.

Tony was a friend to all. He gave his life to Christ on February 2, 2020. He served by showing kindness and love to all he met. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Tony is survived by the one he chose every day over and over, his loving wife Terry Miller who took every step day by day with him. Tony is also survived by his two children, with whom he loved deeply; Joshua Miller (Brittany), and Mariah Kallenbach (Kase). Tony is also survived by his three bonus children; Nathan Whitesides, Jessica Pitman, and Aaron Whitesides; grandchildren, Paisley, Bailey, E.C., Jacob and Leeland.

Tony will be laid to rest in the place he loved and missed dearly, the Outer Banks.
