Bryant Andrew Cook

Bryant Andrew Cook, age 36, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2026, at UNC Health Chapel Hill.

Born on January 4, 1990, he was the son of the late John Dexter Cook and Crystal Aldredge Cook.

Bryant was a proud graduate of Appalachian State University. He had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. He also had a passion for music and found great joy in playing. Bryant will be remembered for the special memories he shared with his family and friends and the lasting impact he made on those who knew and loved him.

Left to cherish his memory are his sister, Carli Ellis (Matt); brother, Landon Cook (Ashley); grandmother, Mary Jo Aldredge; uncles, Randy Aldredge (Lori) and Dewey Cook (Jackie); aunt, Dawn Ceja (Mark); nephew, Lincoln Cook; niece, Kennedy Cook; family friend, Wanda Burleson; and best friend, Luke Bailey.
