Bonnie Sue Wilson

Bonnie Sue Davis Wilson, age 87, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away unexpectedly on the afternoon of Saturday, May 12, 2018 at her residence.  The daughter of the late Lewis and Nancy Norris Davis, Bonnie was born in Haywood County, North Carolina on January 2, 1931.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Ziba” Wilson, who passed away in 1994.

In her early years she enjoyed babysitting and had taken care of a large number of children.  A true cat lover, Bonnie had attended South Marion Pentecostal Holiness Church up until her health began to decline. 

She is survived by one brother, Robert Davis of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Lila Mae Davis of Marion and Betty Jean Lyda (Fred) of Burnsville; and a number of nieces and nephews. 

A private graveside service will be held at McDowell Memorial Park.
