Bonita Smith

     Bonita Paulette Randolph Smith, 71, of Marion, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center in Mooresville.

     Bonita was born in McDowell County, NC on October 10, 1951, to the late Ann Harris Randolph and Sam Randolph. She enjoyed painting, shopping, getting her hair done, cooking & baking, nurturing her flowers & plants, and watching QVC on television. Most of all, Bonita loved spending time with her family and friends.

     Those left to cherish her memory include a son, Jamie McKinney and wife Brooke; three sisters, Pam, Gena, and Tina; three brothers, Denny, Nick, and Chris; two grandchildren, Emily and Haylie; and three great grandchildren.

     A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 28, 2022, at the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the funeral home.
